Sorry guys need to vent some frustration with you... I posted the V1 Superman Returns & Hot toys V1 Batman Begins. So this Dude from eBay wins both items and my auction says 3 days after payment is due... He wastes my time for 3 weeks and I say look my be my May 30th. He agree. I checked his account just then and I find he is a no longer registed... What a absolute Dog!

So I emailed him this message....

"Mr Douglas...

So I see you've unregistered yourself from ebay... Thank you for wasting my time and throwing my generosity back in my face. How disrespectful. I'm offended by your behaviour and lack of respect & courage. Why not just tell me you weren't going to pay instead of closing you're account like some sort for coward and wasting my time. You must be rather pathetic individual!

Anyway, take care of you're and please be more respectful to others in the future. You'd generally feel better for it in the end.

-Grange."

Least I have his address...:naughty, Shame he lives in the UK and I'm in Australia... One day maybe...:thwak

I've second chanced the auctions... Good luck to me! :banghead

I can see how it would be annoying, but you weren't really burnt since you didn't lose anything except some time. The lesson is, of course, to not wait so long to receive payment.

I feel your pain...I recently sold some marvel icons, all mint in box. Guy gets them and then complains that they are not mint. He says stupid things like it has a sticker on it so it's not mint. It was the target exclusive silver surfer and it had the target store sticker on it, they ALL do. What the heck!! So I nicely offer a refund, he refuses and nails me with negative feedback!! I was so pissed. I complained to ebay but of course they wouldn't do anything about it.. I can't believe how some people choose to behave.

Best of luck to you on your sells!!!

Basically people suck! So angry at this A.Douglas... What a Jerk!

And I suppose I didn't really get burnt, but my rage is blowing gauges! I hate being rolled by someone when I've been nothing but nice.

That blows. This new feedback system is going to bite ebay in the ass. You can still leave a negative comment. Just make it all caps and loud!!

This thread makes me feel better, because I used to think all the jerks out there only came my way:lol

I just got done dealing with one of those "time wasters", it sucks because they jerk you around, then you have to file a complaint with Ebay & wait..what, another 8 days?

Ebay has gotten really lame.

Sorry to hear this Grange, I know exactly how you feel man, just get your fees refunded, relist them and move on. It could be alot worse, this guys a punk but at least didn't try to scam you with "Damaged" good B.S.

IMO Ebay blows goats, I have proof! :D

I've sometimes won or bought things and then regretted it afterwards, and a couple of times I've won things I didn't really have the money for - but I didn't renege on the deal, I always found the money, and it's taught me to be more careful.

If you win something you can't afford, then it's clearly your fault, so you should find the money, rather than dicking someone about. The seller might really need the money from that sale.

Same here. I only buy on ebay if I have the money ready...

And you're right customizerwannabe... it is a necessary evil!

Bad luck dude, though I've been burnt worse in the past, by non-delivery of pre-order items which the seller obviously oversold. And I guess he'd already spent my money, because despite many promises I never got it back.

That sucks... and of course you can't leave him a negative anymore. Thanks ebay.

basically the buyer gets to rule the transaction on ebay. but what's stopping you from giving him a positive and bashing him in the feedback posting?

:lol :lol :lol

buyer jerked me around for weeks, never paid, but i have to give him a + ?

:banana :banana :banana
