I can't see that ever happening, especially as long as they succeed in the handheld market. That is the only reason I buy Nintendo consoles; the other worthwhile exclusives are bonuses. I suppose it is just as good a reason as anything else, though.

Shareholders will probably demand it if the Wii U continues to do poorly. It could be a case where putting their games on other consoles could get them far more money than what they could get off the Wii U.

thats why i wont play those games, i refuse to buy a nintendo console. none of my friends want it either so ill never play unless its retro.

Nintendo never shops out their products as far as I know. They own Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes (awful game) and the Resident Evil remake and neither will ever jump to another system in HD format. They just refuse to share to make money

Same here. Virtual Console was the only thing worth a damn on it. Only things I played were things I always owned on Gamecube anyway. Smash Bros washed over quickly, it was a very meh system.

its not that, its micro underbuilding. ps decided to overstock the shelves upon release so there were no shortages, xbox said "F" em, well make em wait longer. mfoga cant have one because microflacid didnt build him one yet. there were 6 at my local store but theyre gone now.
