They were trying to say that no matter how sexy we look it doesn’t mean we’re saying yes to being automatically harassed.
I view feminism as we can look or be as slutty as we want and only wealthy men hold the entrance key and we hold the take 50% key lol.

But the wearing black was also as solidarity for victims of harassment, like standing with the victims. Like a sisterhood.
But in that case it felt more like " yes im standing for my sisters, but check out my sexy curvy bod "wink wink" "
Im happy that they wanna stand up against harassment and stand in solidarity,
But the srxy dresses still feels too much like a party kinda thing. I mean, i get the "NO meansNO" sexy attire, but even their hair and make up and jewelry is perfectly done. It is kinda weird and distracting.
Rose McGowan did call this up a week ago. She tweted something like " all you are gonna do at the golden globes willl be show off your designer dress"

So Jon Schnepp from Collider apparently had a chat with someone that worked on Solo in England.
He says that as suspected, a lot was reshot (over 70%), but also adds that some of the issues were coming from having two directors (Lord and Miller) working on the movie, and not just tone/script changes.
Although they are a directing duo, they disagreed and argued about a lot of things which considerably slowed down the production.
Ron Howard coming in as a single director instead of two was like a breath of fresh air.

I would imagine the whole story of Han meeting Chewbacca will be included in this movie, along with bumping into the other half of the OT cast.

Chewbacca is 100% in the movie, early production pics showed him and of course he is part of the promo pic that leaked as well as Lego sets.
Don't get your hopes up regarding Leia and Luke, this is set 10 years (I think) before ANH.
Only Lando is confirmed from the OT if I remember correctly, besides Chewie.

I have a feeling Jabba, Boba, Ig-88, Dengar, most of Jabas Palace characters. I wouldnt mind seeing an early (non CGI) jabba back in his palace on Tatt. Seems like thats the place everyone returns to.
