I felt nothing watching that trailer, definitely passing on this. That dude looks and acts nothing like Han.

Seriously, i was underwhelmed, it feels like a western movie, not impressed at all.

Latest trailer looks great too me. Has a really gritty OT feel to it.

I also feel a much better Han Solo vibe from Alden.

This movie might surprise us after all.

Still not feeling it. Doesn't look or feel like Star Wars and at this point it's so obvious Alden won't even come close to playing Han like Harrison. Easy pass.

Hell, they actually made imposter Han say "I have a good feeling about this." [emoji38] I could have sworn I once made a joking comment saying they would do just that. Didn't think it would actually happen.

The trailer actually gave my spirit a welcome boost, especially after the (opinion) travesty that was TLJ... So here's hoping!

Dude who is playing Solo has zero charisma. And i'm still not catching any SW feel. One thing i do like are Range troopers, they looks good. Everything else is just meh.

I think that's the key problem for me - is that he just doesn't have enough "weight" as the lead of the movie - that "star of the movie" charisma. I didn't need a dead-on HF impression, but he kinda feels like a smarmy sitcom sidekick that has Han Solo's hairstyle. Kinda funny at times but not someone you arrange your $200m movie around.

Still willing to give it the benefit of the doubt because I'm really needing something that at least "feels" like SW (like RO) after the meta-subverted-turded SW TLJ experience.

There are some moments and visuals I like - e.g. the star Destroyer in the big cave "feels" unique and SW to me. I saw nothing in the TLJ trailer that I felt that way about (other than a couple bits of Luke before I knew what they had him doing.)

The trailer was pretty good.

The only think irking me is Lando interacting with a droid that much.

I always figured him as the ladies man not the tech geek if that makes any sense.

Glover looks great though.

Wait it just dawned on me does that robot become Lobot lol

What’s funny is that Lando is the character that deserved a full backstory before Solo but I guess they’re going with the 2 birds one stone method.
