Me too. If you haven't watched it in years you can check it out on Netflix now. Still holds up as mindlessly fun 80's entertainment.

I just may have to do that. Also, I'm pretty sure I was in love with Sherilyn Fenn back then.

I've only watched one of those Furious movies, but it was enough to make sure I never see another. Had the same discussion with my Wife, I think it comes down to being easily accesible to foreign audiences, little plot, even less dialogue. As for it doing well here, well, half the country is as dumb as a bag of rocks.

What's wrong with the average film goer.....

Fate of the Furious was dumb, over-the-top fun. Best things about RO, for me, were the five minutes Darth Vader was on screen. I didn't really care about anything else, apart from maybe Krennic.

I'm sure that is dependent on the success this one has at the theaters. And I'm sure that Disney would love to do 9 solo, uh, Solo films.

Yea because in this new movie we just learn his real name. In the sequels we find out just how he acquired each letter of his new name, Han Solo.
