If Solo Is actually good, then I'm up for anything Star Wars, aside from the OT being remade.

Ain't gonna happen anytime soon. The PT is canon, it's baked into the games, comics and other merchandise, and Luke gave us a recap in TLJ.
In a few decades they may remake the entire saga tho.
