Actually the outfit looks pretty decent, or at least the corset does. The head seems to be a cast Anna Valerious. It does accentuate the largeness of that head, but considering, it's not a bad custom at all.

the corset kinda looks like it may be from the Bloody Rose CY GIRL fig. boots remind me of a BBI Andromeda fig.
