Seriously though, raising kids must be hard. I couldn't even deal with the physical aspects of it like cleaning poop!
I hate that kind of stuff. Then they might grow up and hate you no matter how well you did as a parent.

what do you mean might? have you forgotten your childhood to adolesence transition? hating your parents when you're in your teens is a right of passage.

HAHA. It's true. I still don't like my parents. If you have children just be prepared for the big F$c k you because you know it's coming eventually.

Hmmm, well that was rude. Just because people don't want children doesn't mean they have depressing lives. All people don't need to have children to be fulfilled. I hate when people try to pull that kind of stuff.
And the oh wait until your older and you will change your tune line. I haven't wanted children since I was a child and till this day stand 100% behind my decision. I am also not depressed nor do I think my life is depressing.

Good for you. I hate that tradition dictates action in this society. Just because having kids is the norm doesn't mean the majority should look down on those that choose not to. After all it is a choice and one I am happy to have.

Kids are great. I have two daughters. Wait till they're big and their poop really stinks, and it's larger. I wasn't really depressed until this subject was brought up, to drag the dark years of my divorce, and remind me of what was taken away from me. The poop, tantrums, early mornings, financial black hole is what I have now, and I hate that, now, they are all of my own doing. Am I in the right thread? Is this where I vent? I have been trying to forget, during the last seven years, by thinking I had something in collecting. Thanks. Just cause you're feeling rosie, you dictate a happy existence, by being self centred. No kids yet but I want to have them. I understand people not wanting them but I do thinks its sad because they'll miss out on some cool moments. I've had a lot of great times with my Dad over the years and mom too for that matter. I look forward to sharing those with my own kids.
