Jax shaves his head. Wth.

Charlie Hunnam did it for a movie, and they had to work it into the show.

The SOA app finally came to Android. . . it's not as cool as I hoped it would be. But considering I'm new to these kinda of apps, I don't really know what I was expecting, haha.

Though that clip of Jax getting shanked in prison was kind of intense. There's three 'appisodes' they've released online, is there any other new stuff they put on the Season set??

I have no idea. I'm rewatching season 3 to refresh my mind on what happened. And the dvd says 2 extended episodes so I'm curious to see what's new.

At the SDCC panel Q&A, he mentioned it was something he thought about doing for the character. Can't remember exactly what he said but it was something about discovering himself while he was in prison and making changes and a hair change was something he wanted to do for the show for Jax's character. Who knows though :huh

Oh, I thought I read Kurt Sutter saying he did it for a movie. . . maybe it was just him saying Charlie was tired of the long hair and wanted to cut it, so he had the option of varying up the roles he could do for movies. . . . either way, I like the buzz cut better than the long hair. Just for the practical purposes of less stuff for somebody to grab onto in a fight.

Yea at comic con it said he was researching the effects prison has on inmates and how people have changed because of being in prison. What he got out of that research was that his character being in prison would want a fresh and new look when we got out of prison to start the next chapter in his life so he thought it would be appropriate to cut his hair.

Whether that is true or was a nice way to tell fans why he cut his hair instead of he had to do it for a movie, I am not sure.

that is pretty cool. He's dedicated if he did it for the show.

I was doing some reading and I found out that Charlie Hunnam is signed on for SEVEN season of the show. . .haha, wow, at least it looks like they're planning for the long haul.

Does anybody else follow Kurt Sutter on Twitter and his blog?? It's super entertaining, especially with all the brouhaha regarding AMC and Walking Dead. I'm a bit worried it might spoil my enjoyment of the show knowing all the Behind The Scenes stuff going on. I just enjoy hearing Sutter talk, because he's very candid about things and usually when showbiz people talk, they do it in very general terms and they're usually guarded about what they say, but mostly it's just fun to read Sutter calling bloggers ____s and d____bags. :lol

Holy ____ that was epic. Awesome to see David Rees Snell in the show now!

Now they just HAVE to get Chiklis to guest star sooner or later. They HAVE to. Benito Martinez is guest starring later this season. And Danny Trejo is still coming yet.

Another Deadwood alum as well, the Preacher was the AUSA. Something tells me he's gonna be the one to turn. . . maybe it's just his cracked out role on Deadwood that makes me think he's mentally unbalanced in this role. I don't know, but you can already tell he's a loose cannon. Like he's going to get too passionate about the case and lose everything.

Maggie Sif is so damn hot. :drool

Totally, did not see them turning on the Russians. Isn't the Real IRA gonna be pissed??
