Jax character has been a real roller coaster, he wants out, he wants in, I really don't see him surviving the season. As for Sutter shock value, I wouldn't
be surprised if he has Jax kill Gemma.

That would be the only thing that would redeem the show for me.

Nothing is going to redeem what's happened since last season up through Tuesday's episode for me. The gun-firing scenes in the last episode were almost comical.

:rotfl Lin's people were behind cover everyone dies. Jax's people just walking in the open no one dies. Dodging machine gun fire is easier than I thought.

Hopefully they'll end it with Jax being killed due to something that will be entirely Gemma's fault and the club will be no more. She'll have to live with knowing she lost everything because of something she did.

I swear you can't even watch a show about bikers without a tranny kissing another guy. Tig and "Venus" is just pointless and gross. Aside from that it was a better episode and next week looks really good. It appears stuff is finally gonna start jumping off.

Venus and Tig used to be funny, but this episode it was painful and forced. Especially with the camera panning to Jax to show the "should I be worried" or "now I'm worried" lameness.

Agreed, but still better than the first two episodes

I think the shows ends with Jax dying and Gemma living, the final scene will fast forward 20 years to show Abel running the club, with Gemma still alive still running the club from behind him

Yeah, Tig is a perv and a lot of his "oddities" were comical because you took most of it as a joke. Last night was just gross IMO. Why Sutter is forcing this "love" story is beyond me. Probably because so many female fans think it's the most wonderful thing ever if you read online comments.

Honestly, I always thought the relationship fit Tig. The problem is, Sutter went out of his way to make it comical, always panning to Bobby, or Chibs to show an odd expression while Venus said something weird in his southern drawl. That seems to have been ditched for over-complicated plots, close-ups of Jax and a rising body count that would make Hopeman jealous all of which used to be cleverly executed but now it's apparent they're looking at it for thin story with maximum "shock" value (which is sadly predictable). I saw the cops getting nixed coming a mile away.

I never thought it fit him. He's spent 6 seasons talking about women and wanting all the Cro Eaters he could get his hands on and also has ( had ) 2 daughters, but now all of a sudden he's in love with shaft and balls and a 5 o'clock shadow?

Funny bit in the article this week in EW

The actors are aware that everyone SAMCRO goes up against is an extraordinarily bad shot.

Flanagan: It’s another A-Team moment where there’s a million bullets, and no one gets killed. (Sings A-team theme song) It’s guns like this. Look. (Bends his prop gun) Bendy. We shoot around corners.

Coates: What season was that, two maybe, where we had all the KKK boys and us in a backyard situation. We were 10 yards away from each other and we all went (Makes automatic gun sound), not one of us got hit. We kept going, “Are we whole?” “We’re whole.” “Are we whole?” “We’re whole.” Ridiculous.

As dramatic as this show tends to be, it sounds like it's designed to be over the top.
