No offence to whoever started this thread, but can we change the picture to one with a Rogue one theme ? The Friends pic doesn't seem to fit so well.....

They were announced on Force Friday. So probably not until late September if they follow suit.

I'm wondering if HT or SS will do this Tank Trooper ? Pretty awesome helmet design.

Obviously not one of the main characters. However they did do the First Order Tie Fighter Pilot. So I guess anything is possible.

The movie is looking and feeling more and more like a Star Wars TV series, but hopefully it unleashes even more HT OT troops.

Hot Toys is going to do every single trooper design and variant we see on screen. Possibly even a few from deleted scenes.

Visor shape is very reminiscent of V1/AOTC clone style. I can't see HT skiping this one even if it's on screen for a few seconds. Favorite RO design for me with Death Trooper a close second.

At a minimum I'll be getting the Death Trooper and Shore Trooper. I like the shore trooper look with material pants. Just a bit different. I think my HT Sandy will still work with them as they are also in one of the trailers.

Wonder if they'll do Space Monkey. I'm thinking they will considering the fan feedback at Celebration. The hair will be the difficult bit though if they go the real hair route.

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but I'd like to see a Rebel Fleet trooper. Now that the Death Star Trooper is being made, I have my fingers crossed. I was a bit surprised when HT did that great Tantive IV diorama with Vader and stormtroopers and didn't follow it up with this figure. That opening scene is one of the best parts in ANH!

Yes, I always loved the rebel fleet troopers (why Kenner did not make one back in the day is strange) and I think there's a good chance that HT will.
But, with a body change the SS version is still really good and you can get it cheap.

Yeah, I've also been waiting for a standard "ground troop" Rebel. When you look at the Rogue One team in the U-Wing there are some real characters. Costumes are great with the rag-tag look. I'd like to put a rebel and a stormtrooper together on display to show the "non-hero" opposers together.
