Confirmed by feige himself that he?s out. Well it was a good run but I?m not watching anymore movies with those idiots running the show and of course Avi arad. You bring in lord and Miller and maybe I might but as of now. **** you Sony and Disney ....... you disappoint me

I'd easily put the Spidey action on Titan in IW and then him riding with Valkyrie through the "reign fire" barrage in EG above the Raimi stuff (which I also love.)

Just saw the Feige confirmation on Spidey being out. No Cap, IM, or Spider-Man? Okay so acquiring X-Men and FF accomplished nothing as far as finally seeing those teams interact with the rest of Marvel's heavy hitters, lol.

SMFFH is definitely my jumping off point.

I think the Spiderman vs Goblin fight in SM1 holds up really well. Also the train sequence from SM2. I'll take those over anything Spiderman in the MCU. In fact, I can't remember much from Homecoming. I remember Civil War tho. That was pretty good, except Spidey jobbing to CAP. That was lame.

I certainly don?t dislike the swinging and action from the Raimi movies but I do prefer the more modern take on it and if anything ASM2 opening scene has the best Spiderman free fall and slow motion of all the movies so there lol

Especially in 3D!

Yeah and IIRC him battling the Lizard at the end of ASM1 was really good too. I haven't watched it in a while and I know it's hard not to let those sequences be tainted by the quality of the overall film (with the reverse holding true for IW/EG.)

And I know he wasn't in costume but Peter in the jester mask vs. the first elemental in FFH was really quite jaw dropping as well.

If Spidey is truly out then i?m not watching any Sony made Spiderman movies that?s for certain.

Yes that too.

Yeah Feige just made it official:

"I'm feeling about Spider-Man gratitude and joy,” Feige said, speaking at D23’s Entertainment Weekly booth. “We got to make five films within the MCU with Spider-Man: two standalone films and three with the Avengers. It was a dream that I never thought would happen. It was never meant to last forever. We knew there was a finite amount of time that we’d be able to do this, and we told the story we wanted to tell, and I’ll always be thankful for that.”

So that?s how Sony thanks Marvel for delivering them their highest grossing film of all time.

Such gratitude.

Spiderman will eventually return to the MCU, with or without Holland.

Having said that, the MCU needs a new "face of the company." Right now they're like the WWF after Hulk Hogan left or after The Rock and Stone Cold retired.

Based Sony taking no prisoners.

Oh bloo bloo bloo.

Cry more Jye. You are acting like a 12 year old babby. You will see the next Spider-Man movie regardless of who is producing it.

Now, does this mean Tom Holland and the Homecoming/Far Far From Home cast and crew are done for good? Or does this mean, no more MCU involvement. If Tom Holland and Co. can appear in a Sony film but choose not to, they are little *******. If, contractually they are not allowed to, well, I guess that is different.

The love you 3000 crap is so cringey. :lol

Let me alter Feige?s statement just a tad bit:

It was never meant to last forever. We knew there was a finite amount of time that we?d be able to do this so our lawyers at Disney worked feverishly around the clock to figure out a way to scam Sony out of Spiderman but now that we have failed those lawyers will never see their kids again because right now as we speak they?re on a boat heading to a slave camp in Somalia.

I don?t blame him for not wanting to see a Sony lead movie. Did you forget the asm franchise? Complete ****. Again these same idiots wanted to push out a aunt may movie among other ******* projects. So they can suck a fat one. I hope Disney makes marvel games exclusive to Xbox to screw over the hacks at Sony

I can?t believe he said something so stupid.

You build him up to be the next face of the mcu them say

We told the story we wanted to tell.

What?

Peter is the new face of the MCU though. The MCU that *ended* this summer. :lecture

He fought in the greatest battle that we'll ever see in a superhero movie and then got the girl in the following flick along with JJJ's triumphant return so that things went full circle not only on what started with the MCU in 2008 but Spidey himself in 2002. That's a wrap.
