That's weird and a little sketchy. It wasn't like that when it was first posted, because I know I got mine without the NRD.

I think Kamikaze also noticed that earlier as well in chat.

Sideshow either left it off by accident when it was first published, or they noticed how many preorders they were getting on it and rapidly changed the NRD policy from 2+ to 1+ for it.
