I'm loving it. Unfortunately I destroyed my Hasbro Hoth Leia outfit on other customs (Interestingly, they used the female Hoth vests on the Greedos in Jabba's Palace, so I used mine for that.)

I hope you got a good deal on that Leia headsculpt. I could never do that to a real HT head - I'd be too nervous.

Your love of Hoth is a thing to behold.

I don't know if it's a love for Hoth or a Hoth addiction, but I guess there's a fine line. Haha


@GG, I didn't dye the vest I painted it with a light skin tone base color, and the body is the Hot Toys Leia body. The gloves I'm not really sure what they originally came from, just a pair I had in one of my bins that I had gotten from Toy Anxiety in the past. Had to paint those too.

Beautiful Hoth Leia!

I considered putting together one of these for my Hoth set-up, but wasn't sure I could pull of the hair conversion convincingly... still hoping Sideshow or Hot Toys gets around to making one.

But... even if one of the companies does make her... I'd bet money that yours is still better!

hey spud did you use the hair off of the Hasbro leia and the ears also. I still have the sculpt sitting here and was wondering if that`s what you used

No I used the ears and hair from a spare Phicen head I had sitting around. The braid is from the Hasbro one.

Got a little closer to completing my Battlefront Hoth Rebels tonight by making their wrist comms. Also decided that I'm going to do a third Battlefront Hoth character which will be a Rodian. Went ahead and made his chest rank badge as well. The male and female troopers are nearly done now, just have to add some pouches to their belts.

And a shot of the trio. With the addition of this Rodian, I will have three character skins from each of the 4 planets currently featured on Battlefront with a nice mixing of aliens overall showcasing Duros, Quarren, Twi'lek, Sullustan, and Rodian.

Re: Spud's Customs - Battlefront group shots

Finally got a chance to take some group shots of my Rebels and Imperials from my Battlefront project.

The rebels are still missing a Quarren on the Tatoonie side and a Rodian on the Hoth side, plus the three Sullust Rebels that I will be doing. For the Imperials I'll have another Sandtrooper and another Shadowtrooper and then another Shocktrooper because I could resist the HT one since I got it for like $90 after using my reward points. For the other Imperials I'd just have to add a couple of my Snowtroopers and a Scout trooper to the group. I have a diverse group of weaponry spread across the board and the Rebels have a nice collection of the different packs.

The Shadow troopers are going to represent the douche classes in Battlefront. By that I mean the asshats that use the Shadowtrooper with either the DL-44 or the EE-3 (what the other one will have) combined with explosive shot, berserker trait card, bacta bomb, and if I had the Imperial style jump packs they'd have those too. You know who you people are...

And then there's Leia with an Honor Guard.
