Love that Bowen Juggernaut (that bugger goes for a-lot on ebay)....I was hoping that you had the SS movie Juggernaut comiquette as well, I'm trying to see what he looks like in a collection.

Thats actually very true, When I first got into collecting I only knew what sideshow or sometimes bowen had to offer (Through ebay). One night of some Jack Daniels and my laptop on a tokyo train I found Squiders thread.

Dude, from there I found what I thought was amazing.

The Bowen Venom
The Fathom (Wow, really took my breath away)
All of the Dioramas
The DOOM!
The Iron Men (All of them)

You sir have caused ten times the business for Sideshow/ Bowen/ Weta from my friends alone just so we can take a really good look at some of those amazing peices.

Its good to see your career is coming through, Im personally torn by just sheer awe of your collection and pure envy that I wanna fly back to the states, drive to Canada
and just be within its presence.

If you dont mind me asking, what are your top 3 fav peices that you HAD to own, or are still looking to own.

That's a tough question as I like all of my pieces for one reason or another but if my house was burning down and I could only save three pieces, they would be: SS Predator Maquette (beautiful piece, incredible detail), SS X-Men Vs Sentinel diorama #1 (this piece started the statue craze for me) and the SS Wolverine Comiquette (definitive Wolverine IMO, would love a real bronze version of this).

There is only one piece I am actively still looking to buy but it never shows up anywhere, and that's the Bowen Boba Fett bronze. The new Sideshow version has taken the edge off in the meantime but I would still love to own it. The CM Predator statue is my most anticipated piece at the moment as well, it will be mine!

For me, my 3, and I only own the Thor, Cap and Wolverine and by next week Hulk PF, but my 3 favorite based on pictures (especially yours) are Wolverine Comiquette, Hulk and Thor and 4th place would be the Bowen Juggernaut, 5th the Hulk vs Spiderman, 6th Green Goblin PF and 7th X-Men vs Sentinel.

If I had to take just one, I have to see until I get the Hulk PF to make that decision.

I know that everyone here won't sleep until I give my answer.

I now have an understanding of the relationship between ecstasy and agony. ..............owning Squider's collection (heaven) and having to pick three statues to save from a fire (hell). I am sure I would end up burning to death through indecision.The wolverine comiquette is a certainity but I am lost for the other two choices- there is just too much here to enjoy!

I mean there is tragedy in losing your collection, but kinda funny to see a man dash in under a fireproof blanket. The crowd only thinking, What a brave man saving his baby/pet. Only to emerge with arms cradling boxes and figures.

This is a true grail for me, the price is irrelevant as I have yet to SEE one on eBay or anywhere else for sale. The Bowen Vader, not so much, the pose on that one does nothing for me and I think it was you that showed a pic from the side and it looked like he was taking a leak with his p#cker in his hand.

The Hulk PF does nothing for me. I've considered selling it but keep it around just to round out the Marvel PF part of the collection. I think the Thing is a much better PF. Don't get me wrong, it is a spectacular piece but there is something about it that just doesn't sit well with me. This may sound like blasphemy but I would have preferred a more modern portrait to the Kirby style look.

Thanks CogPaul, I would most likely die from smoke inhalation myself BUT enough talk of fires, don't want to tempt fate.
