Don't get how, if the regular has a run of 1500, once they sell out on the sideshow site to 1500 customers, what's left to supply to other retailers like forbddenplanet and the like?

The other retailers probably have have a set allotment available to them that is set aside. Lets say its 750 out of 1500 total. That means that only 750 sideshow customers will be able to buy one, and not 1500. If in case the retailers order less than their allotment they are allocated, then those un shipped action figures then become available to sideshow customers, perhaps as second chance. Just a speculation.

Update - It's confirmed, this figure does come with both the unlit hilt and the ignited lightsaber. accessory lists on the product pages have been updated!
