But then the base would have to be huge it would be like a PF Legolas and a PF Uruk-Hai in one

Thanks for posting the pics, especially the photoshopped cloak. I kept saying the cloak wasn't hugely needed, but it does look nicer. I'd be in if someone with sewing skills was working on a custom. I wonder how easy it will be to get around his quiver though...

It looks great next to Aragorn, but the close up on his face looks a little off, almost like his face is off-center on his head. I know, I know, Sky is falling etc.,etc., but something about it struck me as a little weird. Anybody else seeing this.

It needs the cloak badly. It looks like its missing something without it and I'm not totally sold on the sculpt.

No prob (for the quick photoshop comps). I agree, it totally looks WAY better with the cloak. Perhaps someone like Ryan (BlindVoyeur) could take on something like this. I know he's got the sewing skills like crazy! I'd even measure up the Aragorn cloak for him to template when the time comes...

I think it's just the photography and the fact that Leggy is looking to the side. I know when SS posted the production pics of the Indiana Jones PF, I thought the look on his face was goofy all-of-a-sudden, but it was all lighting and compression. In hand it looks GREAT! I'm sure it's something similar with Leggy.

I'm sure the quiver is removeable, so a cloak could be made for an alternate display.

I just saw that, and to be honest, I think they are making a mistake there.

Its not a deal breaker but its always going to bug me. The way the colors shift in day/night/moria etc. makes the film work, so well in fact that the viewer unconciously realizes that the colors are muted because its dark. But the fact is that even works because we know that its really a lighter shade.

I don't mean to be nit-picky, and don't get me wrong, I love this piece, but thats what I'm seein.
