Have to say this is one PF that I wouldn't be that upset if I hadn't snagged an EX because I could live without the little clove!!

Now if it had been a cloak well then that's a different story altogether......

True enough Wrath. The excl. is hardly in the "must have" category. And while an Elven cloak would have been much better, it just doesn't go with the Moria-themed base. I just don't think SS had a whole lot of excl. options available to them with this one, though I would have preferred a change out bow with two arrows from the cave troll scene to this one.

Yeah, I think it is the best likeness I have seen of Legolas on any statue yet, such a shame that I am not a fan of the charactor or I would have ordered But I can't blame SS for that

I agree, I think Jeff Yagher, who also did the Legolas LSB, has done a very solid job with this one. I don't think it's quite up there with Trevor Grove's Indy, Arnie, and Anakin sculpts but very solid all the same, and I think it's definitely the best Legolas representation to date.

The likeness does look like a huge improvement on the 1:6 figure or the SSW statue or busts. One thing that always throws things off for me is that Orlando Bloom had dark hair with a wig over it, and dark eyes with blue contacts. Even with the contacts and the wig, you could still see some of those darker tones, and that is always missing in a toy or collectible... I wouldn't even know how they could paint it like that.


I can't wait to see this joining the ranks of the other LOTR PF's!

Agreed, I really do think this is the best likeness of Legolas thus far.

...and having his cloak would be soooo much better as an Exclusive, lets hope Dusty can talk them into considering it

Meh, i don't really like it that much, but then i'm not a PF collector so im biased Hopefully he comes with a cape? That'd make it feel better. Still think the best Leggy likeness so far is Legimarod

I too would like the cloak but do people not think that I'd would be out of place with the base. Its Moria and he did not have the cloak at that stage. When they first previewed it with the wooded background I had high hopes.

I agree. Moria Legolas didn't have a cape.

This piece will go well with the Frodo PF, as each of them will have a Moria base with a skull.

Does anyone else agree with me at all..... that the new legolas premuim format looks like trash, no one can get a likeness to his face....i would like to buy a legolas pf, maybe when someone can get it right, but it doesnt look like it.
