I got on the waitlist on Feb. 19 and it got cancelled. I do have a regular on order too, hopefully that's not why they canceled my EX waitlist.

That was Saturday?

I think that is the earliest we heard about a cancellation so far.

Yep, I thought it was still pretty damn early too. Oh wells, I don't care for the EX head and wasn't going to display with it anyways. I just figured since its the same price, why not try to get it. So it doesn't bother me much. Still got the regular Rogue and Skaar EX today, its a win day =D

i think they have plenty of Reg Rogues, and they are using this scare tactic to steer "dissatisfied" fans to buy up that inventory.

What I wish they did do instead was have the Exclus. head as the Reg. It makes no sense to have her in her traditional green and yellow jumpsuit with a modern portrait (as the stand-alone regular edition). If the regular edition had the more late 80s look to it, it would sell just as well.

Maybe I should shut my mouth, but I find it hard to believe that people with waitlists from Feb 2011 are getting the shaft. I believe there will be Exclusive converts weeks after release once they meet a more appropriate quota for the regular. thats just my feeling on the situation.

Thats the right attitude, just because its not the "Ex." or even "1/4" doesnt mean you should pass up on a terrific piece you like alot.

There is a chance some might convert but I think this late in the game she is gonna go fast. I have lost out hoping for restocking...Gandalf and Darth Talon. Its a high stakes gamble on popular ones. My advice, get the regular, if the exclusive comes back you can resell the regular and buy the exclusive. Worst case scenario is you end up with neither and end up spending more on the secondary market.

I think that's all just wishful thinking. The idea that all of the exclusives haven't actually been ordered and there's a lot of unsold stock on a future grail piece like this is highly unlikely

I think that's all just wishful thinking. The idea that all of the exclusives haven't actually been ordered and there's a lot of unsold stock on a future grail piece like this is highly unlikely

yeah but preorders are one thing. how can something "sellout" before its gone onsale? I understand the NRD, however theres also a chance of credit card declines that will result in a 2nd chance offering.

Even if 5% of people change their mind, insufficient funds, or are in financial strain, thats 35 Rogues that will go back up for 2nd chance.

This will be the first waitlist that I fully expected to convert, as I got it in within a day or two of going on sale, at least I think I did, and it didn't convert and i already got the cancellation email.

Sort of a ____ty feeling.

I'm normally optimistic about things going on 2nd chance but with Rogue Ex I highly doubt it.

Wasn't he one of the ones complaining about the TBD edition size? Tsk tsk......

For the record, I was asking SSC a question in the ask SSC section. Some other members then came by and basically said I was complaining and attacking SSC's integrity. This was not the case.

My question wasn't just for the Joker PF. I would like to see an ES reveal on ALL SSC pre-orders that require an NRD. ES is a factor in my purchases and if I'm putting down non-refundable money I would like to know the ES of what I am buying. It really is just that simple and many collectors agreed with me as you could tell by the thread. SSC has issued ES before pre-orders a few times already. I would like to see more of this in the future if that is possible.
