Re: Rogue

Rogue's arms look absolutely atrocious btw...Maybe it was done on purpose because you're supposed to display her with arms hidden underneath the jacket...:dunno

Re: Rogue

Could be, that might be why there are so many delays on a lot of pieces.

Re: Rogue

I am really worried about getting mine just like on these pictures. I think all of us should adress our concerns to Mike Tollentino, the customer service manager. We are all tired of the way quality control is being handle and tired to hear lame excuses. I have just sent him an e-mail and i attached the pictures of the SDCC Rogue and the one with the bad head band.

Re: Rogue

What a crapshute this turned out to be!...:horror

I was able to get SS to delay taking my payment for this until the 4th prior to processing, but after seeing these pics, I am VERY disappointed!!!

I'll wait to see a few more statue pics this week, but if things don't improve drastically I plan to call SS and cancel my order. I'm also going to ask for my NRD back.

Can't believe they can screw up a paint job so bad. This is only 1 of 2 orders I've had in for the entire year and I'm stunned.

Now I'm going to go clean up the barf off of my keyboard...:monkey2

Re: Rogue

id be really interested in the reply....that is if you even get one, let us know.

This was the e-mail I have sent to him. Sorry about my english:

Good evening Mr. Tolentino

I am going to be receiving my Rogue PF tomorrow and I am very worried before opening it. I am following my fellow collectors on the Sideshow Freaks and It is a BIG shame the final piece delivered to us collectors. The difference between what we pay for and what we get is huge. I have spent over $20000 in Sideshow products since i started collecting and for the last year has been a hassle to get a perfect product from you guys. I am starting to think about stop collecting your products as many already done and many more are thinking about taking this decision. For an international customer is much harder as we still have customs fees over the final price and getting a piece that is not perfect is very very bad! If I get this piece the way it has been looking on the first delivered pieces It is gonna be my first time really returning a full piece to Sideshow.

I am attaching some pictures so you can see with your own eyes the difference between what is being sold to us and what is being delivered

Thanks for your time and i really hope you do something to change this situation. If you could read the forums all around the world you would see how people are loosing faith on Sideshow products.

Yeah, without the jacket her arms look way to thin,...or something...

Ugghhh.....

I'm guessing this is going back in stock.

Re: Rogue

Look at those FVcking Eyes! OMG! Ridiculous!
The problem I have with this is her eyeliner. Look how wobbly & thick its painted compared to the production piece. The right eye should had been closer to the nose area. Those upper lips needs to be fuller too. These painters / artist needs to go back to school & learn how to hold a paint brush. This should have never passed QC.

Re: Rogue

They'll give the usual response........"you are the first one to call about the problem."

If SSC is raising the price of there statues & collecting NRDs then they need to step up there QCs. This is basically the same fiasco as the Iron Man 2 maquette with the F'kd up chin.

You're freaking out way too early, they won't take you seriously. Wait until there is a bigger sample size, and you get yours in hand before you write a complaint letter. It could be that yours is perfectly fine and then you'd look like a dumbass for writing that.
