if the replacements are just as bad, I think its safe to say they wont be fixing the problems and you guys should probably get a refund.

I contacted SSC for replacements, Ill see what happens in 5-7 business days. I hope they do the right thing, but something tells me this was already planned and they are just saving face from all the damage done by this factory.

Just photocopy it on better paper and sell the original : P They are all copies anyways.

I finally opened my EX

I got the same issues, although the heads seem to be cleaner.

Still, I may have it repainted not exactly sure. I will look at her for the weekend and decide on Mon.

IMO Sideshow doesnt care about how many of us complain, the amount of pieces that are on this site does not make up the majority of the sales. They know that people will still buy their product. Just look at the past statues with problems, Thanos Mistress Death Dio, Iron Man 2 Maquette, Spiderman Comiquette, and now Rogue PF. These are all very popular pieces and yet they are still screwing them up. They know people will still buy them and accept the final product.I could be wrong but that's my opinion.

the moria orc costume came out a totally different colour to the proto and hulk comiquette lost 2-3 in height....it goes on and on

theres no close up of her EX face and he is photographing the statue at an angle which gives an appearance of facial harmony when in reality she looks mentally retarded.
