Galactiboy's comments are dead on. I think the biggest improvement in this one is the paint, which isn't nearly as bright a green as the ESB figure. I can't wait.

Those pics were huge! but damn did this one turn out looking better than the proto I think and like joda76 said, you can't beat this set for only $100 considering what both HT and SS like to charge these days

i don't know if its coincidence or intentional, but i've noticed recently that it seems sideshow has started to begin sponsoring these youtube reviewers with huge subs. even though they never reviewed (or even collect) any sideshow or hot toys pieces before, sideshow seems to now be providing them or paying them to review their pieces now. just like sean, theres another reviewer that goes by "optibotimus" on youtube and he has like over 60,000 subs as well. all he's ever really reviewed or collected were transformers pieces and mainly lil action figures you get at toys r us or walmart. then out of the blue his next 3 are high end hot toys figures and then hes rocking the ssc link as his sponsor. i don't really care that these guys are gettin' paid but there are essentially 2 problems i have with this new method by sideshow. 1)they get these guys who never review their product nor collect it before and ask them to review something they have no idea about 2)it obviously makes their opinions extremely biased.

I've reviewed Hot Toy figures in the past. Notably, i did the 1978 Superman, 1989 Batman and Joker, Thor, and Loki from The Avengers, all before i reached out to SSC. I wouldn't say all i've ever reviewed were Transformers though. I will concede that they are my primary focus. But i've reviewed a lot of things from my childhood. Transformers being one. TMNT being another big one. A fair amount of NECA stuff. All sorts of action figures. I reviewed a few Hot Toy figures in the past and posed the question to my fan base if they'd like to see more. It was a resounding YES! So I went to the source. After making reviews of over 800 figures, i think i'm fairly capable of talking about Hot Toys or other similar figures. There is a small learning curve, but in general i think it's not too different. Also, i'm very honest in my reviews. If i like something i say it, if i don't, i say that too. I have no problem saying something and i have no problem not recommending something. That said, my honest review style was told to SCC before we came to any sort of arrangement. They know that my reviews will be honest and forthcoming. The fact that they're willing to work with me or Sean simply says they want to get as much brand recognition as possible. He and I reach a large fan base. Naturally that benefits them. I don't see anything wrong with that.

Exgirlfriend. From what i heard...they broke up after she got into a car accident and he was extremely pissed because he couldn't go to wondercon or something because his car was totaled.
