I really dont think there IS an issue with the lightsaber on the belt. It is just a very tight fit but if you keep the D-Ring perpendicular to the base of the saber then slide the saber on perpendicular to the hook it should be just fine. I had no issues at all with mine.

Then again I must be lucky because I've had no issues getting mine on and off the belt. Sure it sticks some times and is a tight fight but nothing that ever prevents me from getting it on and off.

Mine was split too, but I haven't tried to fix it yet. Is SS going to ship you a whole new holster? Do you have to return the split one to them? I'd like to get a new holster, but other than the split everything else is good on my holster so I'd hate to get a worse one.

Yeah, Sideshow is going to probably ship a whole holster. I am RMAing the figure back to Sideshow. So, I will be getting a new figure. Wor-Gar, I think you will be safe to get a new holster. Lightning doesn't strike twice does it? I would rather take a chance with a new holster vs being stuck with a bummed one.

I think people might be mistaking a tight fit for a non-fit. It's snug so that the saber doesn't fall off everytime you pick Luke up or pose him. I'm adding that to my list od SSC innovations. Nice job.

How soft are Bespin Luke's boots? Are they made from a harder material, like Jedi Luke's, or from a softer material such as Assaj Ventress' boots ?

Isn't it always the way with these figures? The more I look at this guy on my desk here at work...the more I really appreciate how good the sculpt is, how great the uniform came out...he's a great figure, issue's n' all...

Nice, moody shot JB. Tracking shows my Luke arrived at Sideshow today, so I'd guess I'll have my replacement sometime next week. Can't wait. I thought waiting to get your figure was hard, having it for a while and waiting for the new one is harder, now you know what you're missing haha. It's all good though cuz he should have a good body and I can do some gun poses finally.

I don't know what it is, but I'm enjoying Luke more than any Star Wars figure I've gotten in some time, it's just a really nice figure all around.

I started shooting pics of mine when I developed hand issues. I'm waiting for Adam to send me a replacement, should Sideshow be so kind as to supply him.

Pics of this fig are already outstanding, so anything I do at this point is redundant, I suppose.

Got Luke yesterday!

I must say I'm very impressed.
Bespin Luke is my first SST SW figure in quite a while and it is quite apparent that SST have made a lot of improvements.
The tailoring and fit of the suit is much better, the size of the head is perfect, the hands have a very snug fit.
Even the small changes in packaging are great.
Kudos to SST!

My Luke seems to be pretty much flawless, except for the slightly bent muzzle of the gun. The lightsaber fits fine on the belt as well.

I agree, aside from the bent blaster muzzle (and stiff elbow) I have not found anything wrong with my figure yet. I have not gotten a 12" SW figure in a while, (almost a year!) and this one did not dissappoint.
