I'd like to know as well. I like the prices for the Triad bodies on SS. I'm thinking about getting one. Could some of the parts be mixed with the SS body?

Nice hybrid. You used the best parts of both. Do they go together easily or is there some modding involved?

I dunno if parts from the sideshow body can be mixed. Never tried it. Otaku torso needs dunking in boiling water to get the old arms and legs out. from the alpha you need the hip pegs which are a straight fit, the legs and arms, and the arm washers which sit inside the alpha chest.

Crack the chest open to get those little washers out. They're a straight fit inside the otaku torso, and hold the arms in properly. Have to use LOTS of heat on the otaku torso, its much better to use pliable

To get the new hip pegs in, slice a cut in the undercarriage of the torso, slide the unit out and then simply push the new one in. It's designed to fit. Can have the whole job done in an afternoon.

Course, the head fits perfectly on an alpha anyway. Dunno about the boots, I replaced those. Hands should be ok.

Do you have any pics with it all together? It's really just the hip joints on my SS body that are extremely loose

Did anyone try to hybrid a flirty girl and triad together to get better knee appearance? the bodies look similar.

neither of mine have been dressed yet., I shall share when they are.

Groovy - its possible, I would think they all share a similar hip peg design.

I'm not sure how to take them apart I'm afraid to break them someone should do a video showing how easy this process is. If i see how easy it is i may do a flirty triad. The bust and limbs of the flirty girl with torso and pelvis of the triad. This could be a great figure body.

I have a tutorial on how to take triads to bits on my facebook page. I dunno how easy it would be to post it here. Its an easy conversion though. Both my Harley heads now have Otaku hybrids

I wouldn't. It's really hard to fit tight clothing over those bodies. I broke the elbow joint trying to fit a shirt on one. The rubber/silicon skin "grabs" fabric. Takes a LONG time to get clothing on one of those. I don't think it's worth it to be honest especially considering how much a Phicen body costs. I won't be buying any more...but that's just one dude's opinion

I swapped my Catwoman onto a Phicen and yes, it was as tough as you describe. But, once it was on, the joints, shape and cleavage, yes cleavage, made it worth the extra effort. A Triad body is also a great alternative. I think both companies make better female bodies than the ounces SSC used for Harley and Catwoman.

isn't the joint for head not compatible with head or did you drill a larger hole.

Congrats! She's adorable indeed. I see yours have crazy eyes though, but it adds more to the character. :)

No debate about it. Harley is worth it. One of the best figures SS has put out.

Agree 100%.

Too bad the body is an absolute trash. And that rubber collar...

Word. Made the mistake of trying to repose her a couple months back. Right hip broke asap, luckily I can still get some good poses with the stand and it doesn't show.
If Sideshow want to charge Hot Toys prices, they really have to upgrade their bodies.

You could get replacement body I did photo's of the distruction of my damaged Harley it was hilarious.
