My guess is that there will be a lot of cancellations for Thrawn and throne. SS may have cannibalized their line a little bit with this announcement. They should have waited to release Palps after Thrawn had shipped or waited to release Thrawn down the road a ways.

Glad they didn't though as I wouldn't have gotten Thrawn either way.

I wonder if this will increase interest in Thrawn? He'd give people a bit of a sneak peek what to expect with Palps. I know I'm looking forward to the blue man as well as the old man

I know someone will customize it though.

This will be an amazing display piece -- rival to Jabba at last.

Why would this hurt Thrawn's throne?? They're two entirely different thrones. I highly doubt somebody would've purchased Thrawn's throne to customize into the Emperor's throne. And ever since Jabba's throne, we KNEW that the eventual Emperor figure HAD to come with his throne.

It isn't about the fact that people were going customize its about cost. I know I'm not spending $150 on Thrawn's throne knowing that Emperor's throne is down the pike.

OMG-thankyou SSC!!! most iconic villian up there with Vader and Fett.
consider it bought...and ALL my reward points will now be used on the Emperor and NOT the Gamorrean guard!!!

and as far as Thrawn-im keeping my exclusive,he looks mighty fine and afterall it was HIS character in the EU that got the ball rolling again in 91!!!heheheehehe
