**** I never thought of flooding. I'm always envious when I see you guys over in the States with there awesome man cave basements. It's extremely rare to get a basement here in the UK

It's not such a problem in the middle of the country but On the east coast, especially in Florida which is basically at or below sea level you can only dig so deep and then Hurricanes and Long lasting storms make flooding a real possibility even if you do find a place with enough land to dig a basement.

While it may be possible it would be a late return. However, all of the EXs have been out for MONTHS.
