not happening. all DC statues have big ESs. the majority of the DCD stuff had runs of 5K+ sometimes

and people are complaining about the possibility of 2K?

As mentioned before once all these batboys find a home they will only appear on the market in dribs and drabs. Give it a few years and this will be one expensive piece
Mine will be a keeper so that is one less that anyone is the secondhand market can have

Yes, I'm with you buddy. But from what I'm reading from everyone it doesn't seem likely the Ex will only be 1500. Oh well, as long as the Ex ES is under 2000. And FOR SURE if the quality is off I will send him back to SS. $400.00 is a lot of money if he is flawed. I sent my Cobra Commander PF back 'cause his cape was coming apart and his Chrome dome was all bubbled. He is the only piece I ever had to send back to SS tho. My Universal Monster PFs are all flawless so here's hoping batman will be too. And if he turns out flawless then I will NEVER part with him.

lol, Um no, last I checked, which was yesterday he was over $2200, way out of my price range for a single Statue. Thanks for looking out though.

Yes, glad someone feels the same as me. Regardless, Batman's a great piece to own and we all got our Ex. They probably won't make too many more of the Ex than Joker, but beyond our control obviously. Now, if only I could pre-order Supes right now.

There's 1,250 regular spiderman cq's and it's more than a double and instant sell once someone wants to sell one. If the statue and character are both a homerun, there won't be enough supply for the demand down the road.

Yeah, I think I'll just be happy with Batman, Joker and Ivy for now and be happy I got them before they spiked to some ridiculous price.

Yeah I think you paid right around the cusp of what I'd pay for a single 1/4 scale statue if I "really" wanted it bad enough.

I'm just afraid the next time I see it on ebay the bid will say something like "Your first Born Child" or "Your Soul".

You do know that it's for a charity auction? Raising money for a women who used to work for sideshow and died of heart disease isn't really a laughing matter. Respect to the people opening their wallets for this fundraiser.

Yeah. People bidding on these items are funding a trust fund for her kids. Most people know that these can be bought cheaper but are being caring/thoughtful/generous with their money. Before you mock someone who's helping 2 kids who lost their mom to heart disease might want to do some research first. it's amazing that people want to help and get bashed on this forum..gotta love it.
