This pic and a few videos I looked up might have sold me. After all my *****ing and complaining the SDCC pics of him in broad daylight are just outstanding? Mathis is even the head I was MOST disliking from the Sideshow page, but damn it looks better here both straight on, and in profile in some of the videos.

P.S. does anyone know if the Ex preorders on EBay have actually been selling at $900 a pop ...lol

I checked the Batman EX completed listings, the ones that sold went for about $700.

No I will just get a regular I guess, battarang or no. I know where to get a great deal. Happen to be a noob who started a little to late for the Ex. Same story as Skaar. However, if the reopened the wait list when would that happen??

For Joker I think it was after they cancelled the initial waitlister and opened a fresh one after about 8 mths. Quite a few that got onto that list early got a conversion. I was late by a few hours ie timezone diff so was sleeping. Still hoping mine will convert as I would like to have all three ex displayed together.

I know how it feels to be late as I have to pay premium for spidey comiquette. Won't be missing out any now onwards.

Batman regular is still nice.

Yeah, it would be great to be able to get an Ex, and if he wait list opens up again I will go for it, but I am still going to order the regular soon. Honestly, I may beablt to get it for less the retail. Will have to see. Going to aim for the Exs from here on out though. Especially for some of the big ones.

Isn't that how a lot of people pay for the hobby? By two EX statues and the flip one for a markup?? Now I am not saying for double necessarily, but at least a good chuck of change more then retail?

Well I may be a noob, but it sure seemed like a lot of guys had 2 of the recent Ex Grails when I joined, and that is not a judgement of anyone. I can see whole collections being bought that IF you pick and choose wisely. There isn't really anything wrong with that at all.

Lol... Well I am sitting with the big gose egg ... But the regular will still be awesome. Short the Batarang of course, but I missed the Ex fair and square...lol.
