I honestly thought I would like it better fully sculpted but this does not look that great. It seems too shiny or something.

Hopefully it wasn't the best angle. I think I would have waited to post until I had the shot nailed--or at least throw a couple more in there to show it was a fluke.

Yes it is. I'm a HUGE fully sculpted fan but that pic couldn't have turned out worse. It kind of reminds me of the first pics we saw when the PF was released and caused a huge panic. Bad pics really do have a major impact on how a piece is received. I'm actually waiting to see Dark_Spidey finish his conversion and take pics. I'm sure those pics will look much better than the one we have seen and give us a much better idea of what this piece will look like fully sculpted.

I'm thinking cheap camera + flash + poor paint app = crappy looking full sculpt.

Defiantly wait and see what DarkSpidey or one of the other pro's come up with.

This is not the sculpt for a fully sculpted and painted piece. This was meant specifically for mixed media I believe.
