Popularity of the figures, unreal and off-the-hook awesome releases by Sideshow and limited availability of the figures all combine to equal outrageous prices.

It is going to cost me dearly to get my extras.

Beachhead and Firefly are pivotal Joe characters with great stories and looks and SS did a very nice job on the figure.

While the ninjas are nice too, they are just nameless ninjas.

Out of all my figs, Beachhead is the one with the most damage and desperately needs replacement parts. Seeing this figure skyrocket is a little bit disheartening.

Mine has the cracked torso. Never got around to asking for a replacement. I guess it's too late now.

Ditto. I also broke the stock on the XCR, and I somehow managed to loose the clips on the vest that clip onto the backpack

Just wanted to say that Beachhead is definately my favorite of the line so far. I think that if any single figure could take that honor away from him, it would be Raptor or Chrystal Ball. ...............................................................................................................................................................................................................

I never had him as a kid, but after seeing the remake, I am really hoping that Sideshow has him planned for a future release. This is one gear heavy badass that will contend with Beachhead for top honors to keep me in a sweat induced fever waiting for his arrival to be sure.

They all have cracked torsos, it's a flaw in the production. Flint also suffers from this.

This should've been a much larger issue that Sideshow had to address, too bad it went under the radar.
