I just got off the phone with Sideshow about the rewards points for Duke. It appears that sometime last year during my hiatus, the policy for rewards points on phone orders changed and now rewards points do, in fact, accrue on phone orders as well as internet orders.

That's cool! Last time I talked to SS about phone orders, they told me I couldn't accrue points if I called them in.

Even though, to be honest, I have no fear of anyone knowing where I live as I believe that I am fairly able to protect my family and defend myself if the need arises and any freak is welcome in my home.
