I use a "personal heater" I've had for a few years. One of those little things designed for a desk. Grab some forceps, hold the offending part next to the grid, carefully heat up, and fix whatever.Oh, no no. All you have to do for the ears is set the oven to low heat (say about 275°). Put the head (without the hair) in there on something that conducts low heat like a wooden board. After about a minute (time can vary) when those ears get soft enough, carefully hold them back with your fingers. Done, ears no longer like a French Bulldog.
Plus it has a fan so you can then cool the plastic, but an ice cube works too.
