Okay here's the mods I've done to the new sideshow part 3 jason to make him look a little more screen accurate. Mask re-shaped , neck lowered onto the shoulders , back/shoulders padded and abdomen padded. Willing to take on commissions to mod yours just pm me if interested. $50 includes return shipping in the US.

Love this shot. I have that same boxed set too. I also have the documentary set that covers all the films, which is such a fun watch. It's something like almost 7 hours of awesomeness.

The weathering looks great! Do you use something that is permanent for the dirt? Or do you just use an actual dirty powder of some kind?

For the weathering I used water based acrylic paint ( brown and light brown) applied the dry brush way

This Youtube video shows someone actually getting the mask off to reveal a completely sculpted and painted head that I guess was rejected so they tried to permanently attach the mask. Hmmmmmm

My verdict head and mask mediocre but ok for the money 4 of of 10

Body and tailoring solid 9 out of 10 .

I would ask Sideshow for a new head. That center chevron is way off. Worse than most from the looks of it.

I got lucky as well. For the ones that are way off center I would be asking for a replacement asap .

So I was able to get Jason rerouted to the house today. Top chevron off center a little. Left foot pops off. Other than that its pretty awesome. Thanks to Galactiboy, I've got chevrons coming. Also glad I picked up a Biker Scout stand.
