They've done this sort of thing before with sold out figures. They'll re-release them as a regular or non-deluxe set i.e their Vader. My question is, did they fix anything the second time around? Highly doubtful, I know, considering they're just using the same molds, and why fix anything that will cost money, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

They did fix C3P0's thumbs the second time around. Maybe they will make an adjustment here or there... The chevron issue seemed to be random, meaning it wasn't across the board. My chevrons were fine, but one of my buddies got one with them WAY OFF.

Which is amazing the continued to insist nothing was wrong with the first batch....

One of the reasons I hate dealing with them.

Not only did I get reversed thumbs , but crooked Chevrons on my Jason, and crossed eyes on my Indiana Jones.

So how did the re-release of this turn out? Same issues with the mask and short sleeves, or did they fix those for the new run?

If anyone is looking for a stand/companion piece, PM Me…;)

I actually love those kind of "easter eggs".

For Netflix' latest season of The Movies That Made Us, they used the SS Freddy as a template for one of their images (unfortunately I could only find a low res version of it online, as Netflix always rotates those images constantly).

I'm not sure it was an Easter egg, though. If it were an Easter egg, it would have been used for Part 3, not 4. I just think a zero effort internet programmer used the first image they found on image search.

Yeah I think easter egg was the wrong term, as that implies that it was intentional. I agree it's lazy, but as a collector its fun to see.
I remember at a Christmas market years ago seeing custom movie art prints for sale, and one used an Enterbay BD T-800 prototype shot.
