It probably means that you will get yours along with all the folks currently on the "waitlist". After those are all filled it will go back to preorder and maybe eventually in stock.

Contacted their customer service via email and they replied within two hours, that was fast! They said the FlexPay department must not have been aware the item got in-stock earlier than expected, and they asked me if I wanted to be charged right now, so that's what I did.

Should have it in hand early next week!

How much have UK collectors paid for him in total through Sideshow? i.e. what are the shipping and customs charges like?

Managed to find a bit of leather strapping that perfectly matches the belt. There's even a leather loop behind the holster for it to go through. Happy days!

send me another strap, please :lol

No worries I will try to find one myself. That looks great!

So this is probably the best looking Luke 1/6 we have ever had..... maybe only until HT releases the Jedi Luke. Who knows.

They could have spared the helmetless head and included the grappling gun, and make a bit more attractive offer as pricing goes.

:lol If a had one I would Parra,

I agree with you that this is the best luke to date. I maybe slightly more biased to this version though as it's my favourite costume. I'm reaaly happy with the overall weathering of the costume as well. For some reason non of the pictures seem to pick it up, but it's there for sure.

Looks brilliant with the helmet on. Tempted.

But that none helmeted head is some serious bantha poo-doo

Great lighting! I assume it's the UV type lights? I had them in Seattle because there is lack of sunlight. Do they cause premature aging of materials?

Believe it or not they are natural daylight LED bulbs. They emit little to no heat at all. The perfect light to display figures in.

Not heat I was concerned with, more discoloration. I had daylight bulbs before and my white plastic computer case got a little yellow. I believe it was from the bulb as it qas not in sunlight

Damn, that stinks. Normally it's the heat that causes discoloration, however you never know. I've been displaying my figures under the type of light I have for about 12 years now with no problems so far.

I don't think colour temperature correlates with UV emission; plastic yellows when bromines leech to the surface, which I think is a reaction that has to do with heat and/or sunlight; maybe an inevitable process that heat/UV can speed up, I'm not clear on the chemistry. If I recall correctly, LEDs emit zero UV, so it shouldn't be a problem.
