I make an attempt to get them correct. That being said this is still a sci-fi military genre so yeah anything goes.

I had all my patches the exact same as Craw's except the right arm. US Army on the left pec and code name on the right too.

I've been thinking that for some Joes, less is more, like on Hawk and RnR. Others, like Snake-Eyes and Firefly look amazing with TONS of equipment and stuff!!

Got mine last night. I can't remember spending so much time futzing. I am glad to see the ratchet knees are gone. Those new ones had me a little scared though to be honest. I ended up taking them apart and trying to break them in alittle. Not sure if I like them our not.

Nice pics Craw, his patches are a bit off. The rank is upside down, the Ranger scroll is a unit patch so it wouldn't go over the 25th unit patch, just the tab would. Hope that helps.

I just slap them on anywhere. The rules are too confusing. Every Joe i have has US ARMY on the left breast. Code Name on the right breast. And US flag above GI JOE on the right sleeve. Then i try to use some of the unique patches on the left sleeve.

Aside from the Joe tag I've been thinking of getting some sort of unifying patch from somewhere like MonkeyDepot. Maybe a spec ops patch or something for the right shoulder. Of course that would never fly with purists, but I'm basically a patch pirate as well.

They already come with them. It's the G.I. Joe patch and name tape.

Its more a burnt orange. I wish they would painted the whole boot as a different color boot, like in the box pics, instead of halfway like a weathering effect.
