SSC The Joker 1/6th Scale figure

I sort of wish I'd have kept my order for this (I guess I could always re-order it) but he wouldn't really go so well with the rest of my figures. Plus I still don't really like the Sideshow Batman.

I don't paint either but I wouldn't think doing the gloves for The Joker would be all that hard since they're one solid color. Just find the right shade of purple and paint them shouldn't be that complex like doing a re-paint of a face or something that's easier to mess up.

If this thing's still available later this month, I might use my points to get the exclusive. I really kind of want to wait and see how the Batman figure turns out though. If its crap, I'd rather not get into the line at all.

That's my big thing too. I like this Joker but without a Batman dunno how bad I want it. So far the Sideshow Batman isn't doing much for me but the final product could turn out better. I like that this figure has that classic comic look and love the laughing fish exclusives.

My big holding point is how the PF Batman has turned out so far. The latest pics from SDCC really had me regretting my PO for the thing. Maybe SS just can't do guys in capes in any scale?

This line has been hit and miss for me. I like Joker and Catwoman, Harley is okay except I don't really like the facial expressions they gave her, and Batman doesn't look great to me so far.

I feel the same im going to just paint them after scuffing alittle with sandpaper so it has tooth to grab. if the hands are not hard but rubbery then im going to need guesso 1st.

but the gloves are an easy fix and their white so their already primed LOL

I agree with the you on all of this. I myself would much prefer a black cape/cowl gauntlet/boots Batman.
