Such a fantastic figure by sideshow, as were all the Bat family released. Money on the table if Sideshow were to give us Nightwing et al.....

I'm actually shocked they didn't go further with the Batfamily, at least Nightwing, Batgirl and Robin.

If they had dedicated the Line to Bat family it would have been amazing. A couple of duds killed it off, Superman and Lantern.

Are they still making Lobo?....

but in all honesty who cares. Too ridiculously left field for me to consider when the line is all but announced dead.

Love that Joker!

I still don't have a modern Batman 12" figure. I didn't like the SSC comic version's head sculpt, and pretty much stay away from the all-black Bats (though I love the Nolan movies). I do like Affleck's take on the character but can't get past those tiny ears. Maybe when they reboot the franchise again in a couple of years, there'll be one I like...

Lobo was previewed, The Flash was seen but never officially solicited. Honestly if I were SSC, the figures that sold were Batman figures. I'd cut my losses on the others and just start making Batman figures. DC figures were such a wanted license by SSC I can't believe they're going by the wayside.

They have ADD like all companies. Do a few yo get people wanting more then stop making them entirely. It's stupid but only Mattel did almost a complete dc line

They need to at least offer up Flash and Aquaman then they can go back to milking Batman nipples. Lobo got a all new body, no reason not to offer up a comic accurate Bane.

I still think they should swallow their pride have phicen produce body for a comic book Wonder Woman

Sideshow just doesn't seem that interested in making 1/6 figures. A shame really, their highly stylized approach would work great with Bat-villains. Two Face, Penguin or Bane could make for some fantastic figures.

Yea really sideshow painters does mostly animated paint. They can't do realistic paint apps. They might as well do comic highly stylized figures. You know work with there strengths. They try so hard to compete with hot toys. You can still be up to par and do comic book heroes Everyone wants to be like hot toys. But hot toys worked on realism longer.

The one thing we complain about sideshow is there cartoony paint apps. The sign has been on there wall for a long time. They just never bothered to look at the sign.

so true. Only Dc Universe classics has given us a truly universal line up. I doubt anybody will go as deep again. DCC have shot their load already. So sad to see Sideshow essentially give up. The market is there for the Batfamily for sure.

It's weird. If you remember the initial teasers had so many variants of figures, so many figures themselves teased, crossing from Golden Age to New 52. It's a little sad that they never got it off running, but it's bizarre they didn't hit the variants of the figures they've already done since those were initially part of the line's process.

I think they know they can get more money from statues. Doesn't matter if they have less sales.
If they changed paint companies that has better flesh tones.

Figures require more work. And cost to produce bodies. As a company in 2017. It's to hell with the consumer. Maximize profits at all cost. We may want more figures. Statues are a fast cast project.

In other words you as the consumer are a cash cow. You should just be happy with what they produce. That's why they didn't care about opposition of Green Lantern costume.
Even though it played out the complaints were valid.

It's immaterial to them they don't do research much on dc just pump out products like Big Macs

Hey folks, looking to get this guy. However, I'm curious. Are there any body issues, such as parts breaking easily or anything of that nature?
