Yeah i hear ya man if i go to see a move while its full of teenie boppers talking about how cute thor is i will invest in more home theater equipment and just wait for blu ray release.

I did that when i bought a projector and screen, but i still end up going to the cinema.

Im going tonight to watch , had anyone seen it in 3d?? Worth it or no?

I personally like it in 3d. The colors seem to really pop out. Like his cape seems to stand out, and where the frost giants live is pretty cool cause the snow in 3d gave it depth.

Great movie but the 3D redition wasn't very good. I'm not sure why they had to go 3D on this one, very few scenes actually made use of the tech. hardly any made very good use of it

Unless you are a real fiend for 3D, you might want to consider a 2D showing. Just a thought.

3D is a great excuse to charge more. Haven't been at the movie for some times now, heard its just a big wrap around screen? I've been buying DVD from Blockbuster before they went belly-up. Now they might as well have some interface to zappe me for the extra experience and $$$.
