Uhhh..

Some of SSC's older human sculpts are good - I agree, like Stormie Han & Luke & Ep2 & 4 Obi-Wan for instance.. but some of those are bobble heads too. unless you recast them to allow for a little shrinkage, they're still not great.

HT will only get better with their sculpts, Bespin Luke is still amazing regardless of any likeness accuracy, percentage nuances.

That's not what I meant..

If I'm not mistaken, noisetrigger mentioned going back & getting older figures - because he regrettably sold them, & putting those heads on better bodies etc. I was merely responding to that.

Of course SSC can / will improve, I'm not a complete basher..

I agree some of those SS figure didn't aged well especially Han Solo and a few Lukes but Old Ben, Qui-Gon, Ki-Adi Mundi, Kit-Fisto, Plo-Koon, those are really great sculpt with crappy paint underneath. Also the costumes have really great tailoring and the accessories well done. I just changed my Qui-Gon to a narrow TT and the costumes looks really good.

Did you see the Old Ben Skiman repainted, try topping that HT.

I am a big HT fan but I also realized that HT can be quite hit or miss with a sculpt sometimes.

I am still a big fan of the ROTS Obi Wan. He is the only "human" SS figure in my display case. Sold the rest as I did not this they were at par with HT. Qui Gonn was not bad but I did not need two Human Jedi in my collection

I still love all of my human SS figures. The only one I ever really had a problem with was ROTS Anakin. still working on a new sculpt for that guy.

7 years here and you're finally getting it!

Just in addition to what I wrote earlier - when I said that HT sculpts will only get better, I meant in the sense that they're already amazing NOW, & just imagine what they'll be like in a couple of years time. They won't have a hard time trying to do better than SSC.. that's just not possible.

SSC will likely more often than not, be the ones catching up in one way or another - regardless of their improvements.

The 18th is a Tuesday, so if they keep with their current trend, reveal on Tuesday with pricing then up for PO on Thursday. Don't think I've been this excited for a PO in a long time
