I think the likeness is pretty good too. Wasn't there a lot of complaints. Looks like Sideshows paint has gotten better too, at least compared to older human releases.

For a prequel figure I really like this. I'm tempted to pick it up. Must resist. The only PT figures I ever have the temptation to get are Maul and Obi.

He's worth the pick up. If you're on the fence I say go for it. He's very much worth the money.

Got this guys in today from a fellow freak. First overall impressions are good. Great improvements over previous Jedi. Still not sure I like the exclusive head sculpt yet. Maybe it will grow on me.

Congrats! I love both head Sculpts. I started out with the EX than recently is displayed with the Regular. Overall it's a great figure and worth the money. I'm really glad I picked him up especially the EX. Plus it's the only Star Wars figure from SS with the Light up Saber option. Don't think they are going to be doing that anymore sadly. :/ It's a really cool effect.

I like the effect actually. It's a lot better than I expected it to be...they tend to be a bit one ended.

The only other one I can think of with the light-up feature is not an SSC figure, rather the Medicom Vader v2.

And the Hot Toys Bespin Luke I think wait no it doesn't but that's it. Don't know any other with light up Sabers and for SS this is the only 1/6 figure from the line with it. Too bad they are not doing it anymore.

Itr really gotten better the longer i've had it, this figure. One of the favourites in my collection. Can't wait to pair him up with a qui gon.

^^ Yup. I bought Qui Gon in anticipation of getting this one as well. I've had my Medi maul for a long time and finally decided to let him battle someone.

That sounds like the ideal setup mate, SS obi, qui gon and medi maul. Its what I want! Theres a custom qui gon head in the customs section that's shaping up nicely too.

Like I have stated I love this figure but still need a Qui Gon and a Maul. Think I will need to pick up a Qui Gon next been holding off for a while on him but as for Maul I still don't think there is a perfect Maul just yet so I'll wait.

^^Agreed. I love my medi maul now with all the mods I've done but it was a lot of work. I had both and I liked the SS a lot less than the medi when they were stock side by side. I would definitely pick up a HT Maul if one was ever produced or if SS revisited the entire figure.

I hope either Hot Toys "Which I doubt would get around to it" or SS revisited. Maybe in the next Year or 2 someone will.
