Well, from what I could make out, the driver was drunk and wasn't cooperating or couldn't understand Russian. So.....pow!

Guy speeded up when noticed police car, drove away when policemen told him to stop and there was a small chase. He seemed drunk/high, so policemen told him to get off. After a while policemen get angry, punched the window and took him off by force. There was a woman who seemed as drunk/high. She looked injured too, had to get home on her own.
Typical Russia, of course. Why? Cuz both criminals and police are lawless jerks.

On a first glance, I thought she was an innocent victim.
In this case, police = win. Lawless or uncivilized, that was an awesome punchGuess all of them (the couple and the policemen) were high on Vodka.

I was actually curious as to how he managed to do that without breaking his hand but on closer look the window was slightly open which made it possible. Still...one tough policeman who takes no crap.
If there were a lot more like him I'm pretty sure there would be a lot less crime.
U.K police and courts are far too soft on criminals. If that happened here the policeman probably would of been sued.
