IF I have time, I'd be honored to join in. It's not like I don't have a TON of other stuff to do in the meantime though. If I can work one in, something nasty, just to get my anger out at not being done yet! LOL! Maybe just to chime in one good time. I'll give it some thought. Not like I don't have bodies and figure parts laying around.
SOMETHING can always be made for a challenge. Always loved these! Anyone can do a figure for one of these.

Les, you're like a well spring of creativity that has inspired everyone here and I'm sure you could paint a q-tip orange and make it spectacular.
Anything spook related qualifies in my book, Barry. Unlike past challenges when we had time to plan and discuss, this is kind of anything goes. Even if you put a handkerchief over a 12" figure and call it a custom ghost.

i think it was a rifle grip hand. i heated it up and bent the fingers down and glued the thumb & somewhat bent the others up. i was going to buy a peace/victory hand set from 1/6th depot but tried this and it worked out ok.

thanks GB, i contemplated running some small pins thru the bent finger to straiten it out a bit but decided the crooked look seemed more appropriate.

okay, i've always wanted to make a different type jack skellington........as in not so skinny.
here he is........
applause head sculpt repainted to more of a real bone color.
body slim trutype of course
hands retofitted to trutype sockets from cheap skeleton figure.
shirt & vest - ebay
bowtie bat - cheap halloween grab prize
suit - designed by me & sewed by mom......(big props to mom).........HEY MOM YOU......
skull cane & top hat made by me..(i know the hat sucks.....(but in my defense it was my first attempt)edit: hat not shown because im a ******* & didnt post it
cane is a shishkabob stick with mini skull added & painted
shoes are from some damn freebie angel buffy fig i accidently won at last years spook.
pumpkin from the craft store.
base is two pieces i purchased at a craft store & painted & added a jackolatern pattern between with some mini skeletons i got from big lots to form a circle topper.
i added a light from the bottom not shown in these pics.

anyway i know its different from most of the JS's you are used to but dare to be different.

hope you like it.........i had a lot of fun making it & if nothing else just give a shout out to mom's sewing abilities........she's anxious to hear about the feedback....
