OH please! Lee and Marvel haven't exactly been very civil to each other. AND it's not like he's been popping out killer ideas. IN FACT, all the guys done in the last 10 years is a show about a stripper super hero (lol) and made him obligatory cameo in the Marvel flicks. Disney is kinda like "Cmere' old man, we'll listen." So he's going. It's not like he was writing for Marvel anymore anyway. They treated him like crap for a long time.
