Filoni didn't make the same mistake as the ST.

He made sure that the TCW trio of Anakin, Ahsoka, and Rex appeared in the same scene together.

As someone who never got that into Clone Wars I can't say the episode worked for me as well as everyone else here. And I'm not exactly sure what the point of Anakin's "training" was. Although of course I can't deny how cool it was seeing a young Ahsoka in live action for the first time.

Lmao Ahsoka's White outfit is 90% her black outfit painted white, really lame choice.

I really enjoyed this episode, seeing P1 Rex almost brought a tear to my eye. I fear the next episode is going to be filler and focus on more Coruscant ******** and Hera's trial, praying its not.

I don't know, but...I don't think any Jedi was ever that powerful to function as some kind of Jedi GPS across the Galaxy. You want Yoda to be the Professor X of Star Wars. But there is nothing in the OT or the subsequent Material that points to him having that kind of Power.

My opinion of him and what he can do is based on various books and comics, not what's on the screen. And yes, he has the powers of a minor god, almost.

Even relatively minor Jedi could sense others through the Force. Not all of the others, true. But this isn't a rare Jedi ability.

New Cptn. Rex, plz.

It gave her an opportunity to give in to her anger and hate at what Anakin became or come to peace with it and let it go. She chose the latter and seems to be a different person now without that extra weight on her shoulders.

damn...this episode is gold mine for Hot Toys, I totally didn't expect this kind of emotional impact :angryfist:. I wanted to be condescending and judge, not to "feel"

I thought it was cool they used the animated clone designs for all of the clones.

Im in for Young Ahsoka and P1 Rex now, does that mean I have to get CW Anakin and Obi now? ****

Just finished this episode from my laptop while taking a break at work. This show is really delivering. Will be rewatching this again later tonight with the family. :D

Please, Hot Toys give us all of them, I'm begging you. I'd love a young Ahsoka + S7 Ahsoka, + Hera, + Clone Wars Anakin + everyone else.

Ahsoka was the best part of TCW series, so this would be the one I'd most like to see from Hot Toys:

This one has practically already been made with a slightly older looking sculpt:

I've no interest in Anakin until he becomes Vader. Any young Ahsoka will have to join the collection via the World Between Worlds.

Not gonna lie, I don't like practical live action clones. The armour looks so bulky and floppy. They honestly looked better as full CGI in ROTS :lol.

Hayden really did a great job this episode though, never thought he was a bad actor.

Agreed. It's not the armor though because some of them looked slim. I assumed it was more 501st fan casting but since they already did that in the Obi-Wan show I really wish they just had them all be lean stuntmen this time around. Watching out of shape fans huffing and puffing as they tried to keep up with Hayden Christensen was the one thing that kind of took away from that initial sequence, lol.
