6 AM Saturday?

Actually, I haven't thought much about a time yet. Just the thought of having to do this makes me and also that they didn't come up with a better way for a large portion of the attendees to see him.

Yeah ditto.......I'm just really worried about staying up to ...cuz I'm not gonna have time on Sat. for a power nap.

I think it would have been better...if they did like an evening out doors thing...with screens and microphones and ____.

Crazy right? 2600 seats for maybe 40,000 fans! I like the 6 AM plan, but that would ensure that we got up early for nothing as I'm almost certain the wrist bands will be claimed by earlier fans. I'm definitely wanting a two hour nap away from the line, but am totally unfamiliar with line etiquette. Can members of our party slip away for awhile without a riot ensuing? So many questions. I also don't want to be taken advantage of by someone showing up at say 5:30 who had not been there at all during the night, saying "hey fellow freak, mind if I jump in line with you?"

I'm willing to wait the whole night, that is even if the convention center allows it, and have my sleep time already scheduled in for before the line, and after the event. Gotta get my beauty sleep for the Freaks party Saturday night!

That would have been ideal, then nobody would have to endure what we are attempting, and no fan would be left out either.

Do u guys think that GG booth is gonna have some of the stuff we saw in SDCC (Avatar, Sucker Punch etc....) or u think it's gonna be all SW stuff?

I have a feeling it's going to be all SW stuff. Which is fine with me since I want to see all those 12-inch vintage figures.

There's always a chance... but probably not at the top of our to-do list. There's so many cool vehicles out there to choose from!

Im so looking forward to this. Im gonna map out my schedule this work. So much to see, only 4 days to do it.

Here are my thoughts on the Main Event:

Prepare to be in line. :-D

* Line outside (in the night heat at least so it's a little less humid) to get into Queue Hall
* 6am, QH doors open
* Wristbands handed out to each area as you go into QH
* Line inside QH to go into rest of convention hall
* 10am, general doors open
* Get into line in front of area you got a wristband for i.e. 'Celebration Stage'
* whenever that area opens, go inside - seating is requested to be done by 10:45am.
* after the event, sleep some more or power on to the next exciting experience!

If you are able to sleep anywhere (even in line), then best time is while waiting to go into the general hall after getting a wristband. You'll be inside in the A/C at least.

The only thing I would suggest about line etiquette is that if you are by yourself, just make friends with the people before you and behind you. Then if you need to leave the line for anything longer then a bathroom/food break, you can at least let them know you will be back for sure.

I'll probably plan to be over there by 12am'ish myself.

Yeah but there booth at C4 was 4-5 times bigger then now and also they were 20-30 min from there office at C4 not all the way across the country. I am not saying they wont but just pointing out that Cv was a much better situation for them then now.

Like I said no inside info here but things were much easier for C4 then now. To be honest I think they have scaled things back for financial reasons as they had got a little out of control and reeling things back in some.

Sorry to be the downer but now you will be that much more happy if they do have them.

Badges have mailed in batches, so they will not arrive on the same day for everyone. If you ordered after this date, your badge will be waiting for you at Celebration. Just print out and bring your confirmation to claim it.
