I love that "Evil scientist from IM1/SMFFH" is even a thing, lol. Marvel is just trolling Sony now. "Yeah our Sinister Six will be comprised of Mysterio and random Phase I extras and we'll still pass a billion," lol.

Anyway one thing that TROS has going for it is that I was also kind of over the continuation of the MCU until SMFFH so at least there's hope that TROS will satisfy even if I'm ambivalent right up until the moments that lights go down in the theater.

A friend and his family just recently got back from SoCal (before the earthquake) and went to Disneyland one weekend and he said "It was so much fun but it was PACKED!" and while I didn't ask how long they had to wait he did say that his entire family "enjoyed Galaxy's Edge despite the large crowd."

Lol hence why im headed there next month!!! They just announced the Rise of the Resistance ride opening dates for both parks and i can’t wait until next year!! I mostly want to go there during the week.

I take everything with a grain of salt though, and I’m not trying to be a Debby downer, but I just find it hilarious there’s blogs and comment sections about soooo much negative feedback regarding this.

Speaking of which rise of resistance will be opened dec 5th for Disney world and January 17th 2020 for Disneyland

It was a little incongruous we went from "return" of the Jedi to the "last" Jedi in the space of two episodes. Then Luke assured us he would *not* be the last Jedi.

Now with Palps' return and a new trooper it seems the Sith are making a comeback also.

Alternate title: "The Sith get their Revenge."

I'm sure Disney marketing sat there with words on cards - "Skywalker," "Sith," "Force," "Jedi" etc (well established branded OT Star Wars terms or names) on one side of the table and words like "Rise," "Awake," "Final," "Revenge" (action words, preferably with element of finality) on the other and kind of did a mix n' match. It's worked so well so far.
