Fair argument although it does bring a cringing of this as a villain:

Although I'll to see it but six legged Maul sounds sillier than Chicken Legs Maul.

Great. Now I'm picturing his giant robotic spider with a little Darth Maul head on top lol.

Didn't Anakin lose all four of his limbs and then be set on fire? :cuckoo:

Maul's a badass. This is Star Wars..there's this little thing called the force...

I agree, all the _____ing gets very old - this idea for Maul is not that outlandish within the context of the SW universe, and judging by the caliber of episodes we've seen this season (well, after the first several), this episode could rock! Cyber maul may work out very well, but it's hard to know until the episodes have actually aired.

:goodpost::clap

Regardless of how well the episodes play I still think its lame to undermine the drama of the actual films by suggesting that the heroes in the theatrical releases were incapable of actually killing anyone.

I'm sure Jango and Dooku will show up with cybernetic bodies in some EU material down the line.

Wasn't this topic first brought up here months ago when TCW first suggested that Maul could still be alive? That discussion first brought the name of Peng Shulin to my attention & how in reality a man cut in half could survive.

Read more about it here: https://www.metro.co.uk/weird/56500-miracle-man-walks-again

(BTW, a Google search may be able to point you to actual video of Mr. Shulin that was shot by a bystander right after this horrible accident.)

What day/time do new episodes of Clone Wars air? Looked on my guide and couldn't find it. It's still on Cartoon Network right?

But I'm guessing he received medical treatment immediately as did vader and grievous

Maybe they can do something like Palpatine seeing Maul resurrected and that's why he did what he did to Grievous to "test" it out the procedure which evolved into what it did with Vader?

but they both lost their heads..there's no fixing that

wow Maul only in the finale....i thought we'd get him in at least 2 episodes

Really? The episode before the last is called "Brothers", I'd have to think Maul will atleast first appear in that episode. Maybe as his crazy long-horned crackhead-looking self that we have seen in the promos. Then I'd imagine, Mother Talzin fixes Maul back up for the last episode. The final episode is called "Revenge", so I'm expecting something major to happen. Probably in some sort of jaw dropping cliffhanger style.

okay now I am second guessing myself I could've sworn I read that but now I can't find where I read it

I'm imagining something like it wasn't Jango but one of his clones and that's why he was killed so quickly and that the real Jango felt something was wrong. Then a whole series about him searching for Boba Fett and not actually ever finding his son.
