I just want to know where Maul went. You can breathe in space by the way
I'll tell you... He got cut in half by Obi-Wan and fell down a reactor shaft. End.

My only real concern about the sequel trilogy (and it's a big one) is lessening the impact of the prophecy of the Chosen One. If someone like Maul or the Emperor or whoever were to return (or they brought in new Sith), then Anakin's redemption and the destruction of the Sith feel cheap in Episode VI.
Meh.
Maul is an awesome character and deserves more screen time. I don't care where it's at really, but I'd prefer his own film like Boba and Han are getting.
Why are people so focused on characters returning? I pray people so dumb they ask for Darth Maul to be in the new trilogy are struck down and removed from humanity's gene pool.
perhaps you should learn to "live and let live"… have your opinions, but don't damn others for having different ones… especially in a community forum.
Well of course. More Maul doesn't diminish his character though. More Maul handled poorly does. Simple as that. Boba was handled terribly in the CW cartoon.I agree, he is an awesome character, but more of a character does not = better character; prime example is how young Boba and chicken legged Maul have not added to the mystique or "awesome" factor of either character.

If you get someone who knows what they're doing, I don't see the problem.
A solo Maul film might also be a great way to bring back McDiarmid as Sidious. Those two characters are probably the best from the PT IMO.
It didn't feel cheap during the 16 years prior to there even being a notion of a "Chosen One."
Umm, what?
