:clap:clap:clap:clap

No wait.....you mean Luke laying there with no hand.....:dunno

I said ESB, not ROTJ :tap

Screw it......you made it sound so good....add him to ROTJ too! :lecture

I just can't wait to see what the specials features are going to bring to the table.

I've got a feeling there won't be any real changes to the films since the dvd release. Mr Lucas will wait till we've all bought these blu rays, re-release the films over the next few years in 3D with all the new bells and whistles added and then release them on blu ray so we can buy them too and spend more money we don't have.... maybe ;-)

Wasn't sure where to put this...
it's awesome!! :rock!

I've just decided not to get Star Wars on Blu-Ray.

I'm just going to wait for people to post a low-quality version on YouTube.

I hope he adds Jar Jar to the OT, especially when Luke and Vader are fighting in ESB!

I'm still uncertain whether I'll get this or not. I can get past most of the alterations in the 2004 DVD vers except digitally putting Christiansen's head over Shaw's in ROTJ. If they re-put Shaw back in ROTJ, I'll definately get this but if not, I may just stick with my DVD and 1997 SE VHS versions.

Having a very large Plasma, I can't see not getting this. I've turned to the dark side and become an HD Blu-Ray fiend.

Despite it not being the ORIGINAL versions, they'll still look much nicer than the DVD set I have.

I've refrained from dipping in to other DVD sets that have been released since, but this like 6 times the resolution of DVD and can't deny how much cleaner this is going to be along with all the deleted scenes and hopefully fixes to some of the odd effects they tried enhancing the first time round.

It's a no-brainer buy for me. I've accepted Lucas will never treat us to Lapti Nek ever again as well as the other stuff that made the originals great. I'm 33, need my Star Wars and I'm not getting any younger.

maybe they can add this to the special features too:lol
